Recently I was asked what’s on my bucket list?
I immediately jumped to going places, activities like skydiving, meeting someone, etc
Then the question was clarified…
What’s on your spiritual bucket list?
What experiences of the self do you want to have?
What experiences of the divine do you want to have?
What kind of service do you wish to be part of?
What do you want others to feel about you when they remember you?
I encourage you to make your list and review it frequently so you stay on course.

I have been on this beautiful journey of mindfulness for the last 11 years. I am a trained and experienced elementary school teacher. I took some time off teaching to start an orthodontist practice with my partner and raised two children. My interactions with administrators, office staff, teachers, dentists, orthodontists, parents and children, has taught me that we have a great capacity to give.
True mindfulness is practiced with the first thought that we wake up with, with each feeling we choose, with each word we speak and how we execute every decision. It is a dance that is performed with love, trust, honesty, integrity, determination, courage, faith and deep peace.
