I have been seeing a herbalist and have been recommended to make some dietary changes. I have been practicing being gluten free and vegan and found success. However I was asked to reduce and actually remove sugar.
At first I struggled for a few days. Then I decided to brainstorm and research what I could eat and not give energy to what I should not be having.
One day I wanted to make balls and I took out all the ingredients I have used for making balls and that was on my “ok for me” list.
So, this is a no fuss, no bake, no mess, no measuring recipe and it’s delicious.
I am giving approximate measurements, however it is really fun to make without measuring!
P.s. All ingredients are organic!
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup oats, quinoa flakes, shredded coconut, tahini
1/4 sugar free chocolate chips, seeds, hemp, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds
2 tbs flax powder, dark cocoa powder
5 tsp maple syrup
Roll, freeze, and enjoy!
